Leader requirement (fulfill one of the following):
Patrol leader - serve one semester
Grubmaster - for one campout
Teach Woodland Trails one night (can teach in team of 2)
Vote on “Troop Choice” Elective (see list below)
Come to all meetings (please talk to us if this is not possible)
Adventurers subdivide into two patrols each. Each Adventurer patrol is led by a Patrol Leader for a semester. Patrol Leaders will participate in the Officer's Conference, which is led by the 1st and 2nd Officers and the Adventurer Advisor. They will be expected to explore the theory and practice of leadership, while using the gifts of individuals to build group well being.

This is the best place to find the latest requirements. Simply search for the badge you are looking for by name and download the PDF.
These are the badges of the Adventurer program. After these badges are earned then the Trailman can begin working on the Freedom badge.

Fitness Badge - Choose 1 of:
Trailmen choose there own freedom experiences. They are accomplished mostly on their own and are not worked on during troop meetings. You can find each badge's requirements on Trail Life Connect under Advancements > Badges & Awards in the sidebar or in the catalog linked below.
At the beginning of the year, the Trailmen will choose elective badges to complete. Some badges may be done together as a troop and some may be done independently at home. The Trailmaster will guide the selection process.
