Leader requirement (fulfill one of the following):
Patrol leader - serve one semester
Grubmaster - for one camp out
Teach Woodland Trails one night (can teach in team of 2)
Come to all meetings (please talk to us if this is not possible)
Lead Navigators at least two nights per year
Navigators and Adventurers subdivide into two patrols each. Each Navigator patrol is led by a Junior Patrol Leader for a semester. Junior Patrol Leaders will participate in the Officer's Conference, which is led by the Adventurer Advisor. They will be expected to explore the theory and practice of leadership, while using the gifts of individuals to build group well being. Adult leaders will lean on Junior Patrol Leaders throughout the year in whatever opportunities they see arise.

If you're leading on a particular night, you'll be assigned a certain number of Requirements. You can find each badge's Requirements on Trail Life Connect under Advancements > Badges & Awards in the sidebar. Those requirements are also listed in the Navigator Handbook.
However, those sheets only list the Requirements, but don't give you any specific content to cover. Troop GA-317 has an impressive site where they've pulled together a bunch of links, videos, and ideas of what to actually teach. The corresponding page on their wiki site is listed on each required badge below.
These are the badges each Navigator must earn to graduate from the program.
At the beginning of the year, the Trailmen will choose one (Year B) or two (Year A) elective badges to complete. The Trailmaster will guide the selection process. These badges often require a bit more homework and collaboration from the adults to make them happen.
Each Badge Requirement list is linked below.
